malai Kofta / punajabi dish malai kofta

Today a Punjabi dish, sweet vegetable in Punjabi ..

Now this lockdown enjoy with family make dish Malai kofta delicious  and sweet





Malai kofta 
 Ingridents

Kofta ingredients 

2 large potato
2 to 3 chess cubes 
 2 to 3 green chillies
1/4  black paper powder
1/2cup Corn flour
2 pcs cashew
Oil
Ghee or butter
Gravy 
1 or 2 tablespoon  Ghee
2 large chopped onion 
1 cup of cashew
1 ginger (at least 1 inch ginger)
2 to 3 green chillies
5 to6  pcs cloves garlic
1 cup of water 
1 pc tamales patra 
Small  cinnamon 
Small cardamom 
  1/4 Cummins powder
1/cup yougurt (thick dahi)
 1/2cup fresh cream 
1/2tablespoon sugar

RECIPES

First we are ready kofta  
Take two large potato wash running water  then boil in cooker 3 to 4 veesel  after cool 
Take one bowls then both potatoes  peel and grate, then add 1cup of cheese , add salt ground paper coriender  and green chillies 2 tablespoon corn flour  mix all ingridents  very well  make it two boll medium size inside cashew fix it put into pinch close the ball and rounded now  take one pan heat oil  and deep fry kofta ball in medium heat just recipes colour keep the side 

Now gravy recipes

Take pan start stove Put a teaspoon of ghee in a pan, chop add two large onions, add a cup of cashew nuts saute onion and cashew  few secound  now add 2 large green chillies, 1 inch of ginger pieces  and 3 cloves of garlic (if you want to add), add a little saute and add water and let it cook for 5 minutes.
After keep cool down take mixer grind this gravy 
Take sam pan add 2 table spoon ghee  or butter, add tamal leaves, 2 cloves, a small cardamom, a small piece of cinnamon, cumin and asafoetida,  !all saute  mix  2 teaspoons fresh cream  now add  little bit milk, mix very well make paste  Add sugar, salt, pinch of hot spices and pepper powder,  few seconds cook after half a cup of yogurt in half a cup of water.  Mix everything well 
and let it rise for 7  to 9  minutes, then put the kofta in the dish, pour the gravy on top, add fried cashews and raisins and coriander and serve.
 Serve with paratha, roti, naan or puri
