How many of you are people who have tried all kinds of diets and different types of exercises to be healthy?  But failed every time!  You all must have gone through that era when you were eating food like a poor person for weight loss and were punishing yourself by leaving all the food items that you loved to eat!  And it turns out that after four months you lost only six kilos!

 We Indians especially women usually stop taking care of themselves once they get married and have children!  An enlarged stomach and a heavy body are accepted in our society in general terms.  I am an ordinary Indian woman like you, who is about to reach 40 years of age with two children!

 I was never thin and shapely before.  If I say in very polite terms, the fat that I had collected in school decided to grow with me and became my life partner.

 But this is all past!  This is the reason why today I am sharing my story with you all!  Finally I have found a panacea treatment to stay fit without starving!

 The most important thing to remember is that you have to keep control of yourself and keep motivating yourself all the time!  The first two months were very difficult for me!  But now it is part of my life!  It may take you less and more time to make it a part of your life.  You need to be determined to be successful!  The good news is that you start getting results from the first week itself!
