Today we cooked vegetables soup simple way for 10 mintues for preparation and 15 to 20 minutes cooking and delicious vegetables soup/ clear soup ready for serving Healthy soup.
Ingredients
For 2 bowl manchow soup
• 0.25 cup finely chopped onions or spring onion whites
• .0.25 to 0.5 cup sliced or chopped mushrooms
• 0.25 cup finely chopped french beans
• 0.25 cup shredded cabbage
• 0.25 cup grated carrots
• ¼ cup finely chopped capsicum (green bell pepper)
1 to 2 fresh green chilies - finely chopped
1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
• 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
• 1 teaspoon finely chopped celery (optional)
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder or white pepper powder, add as required
• 2 teaspoon soy sauce or add as required
1 tablespoon oil
• 3 cups water or veg stock
• 6 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoon water (for a slight thicker consistency in the soup - dissolve 7 to 8 teaspoon corn starch in 3 tablespoon water)
•.0.5 tablespoon regular vinegar
• 2 teaspoon finely chopped coriander leaves (cilantro leaves) for garnish - optional
• salt as required
1 cup fried noodles
Recipes
First take one pan taken oil for frying noodles deep fry in oil and ready fried noodles keep a side.
All veggies finally chopped as per required
Keep a side. Now finally chopped garlic, ginger and chilies.
Now start taken pan and start heating with oil add garlic , add ginger and add chillies
Then chipped onion add spring onion saute little bit minutes ok now add mushroom add french bean high flame for cooking mushroom little bit brown then add carrots, add capsicum, add cabbage stir on high flame 3 to 4 minutes add soya sauce stir add black pepper powder stir now add as per required veg stock or water as per taste add salt cover pan for simmer 2 to 3 minutes cook soup
now ready cornstarch paste 1 tablespoon corn add little water for paste add corn starch add to the soup stir and little bit thick soup add tablespoo vinegar not taste manchow soup is ready then stop cooking and hot serve manchow soup in bowl with fried noodles
