Green chutney and red chutney for your favoiurt dish with this chuttnyes add and taste in top you r dish mouth watering chuutny maximum dish with add and regular lunch or dinner also
Green chutney
Ingridents
100gms coriander
20gms. Mint leaves
4 to 6 green chilli (depend on spiceness )
1 inch of ginger
1/4 cup grounuts (peanuts)
1/2 table spoon sugar
Salt as per required
20gms gathiy(if required then white ghatiya) optional
Take mixer chutrny bowls add chopped coriander. Add mint leaves, chooped green chillies , Chopped ginger, pentus, ghatiya (optional ), 1/2 sugar as per your taste. 1/4 cup water. Check thickness if you want liquid type chutney the add more water. And again griend now cuttney ready
For green sauce, 100 gms of coriander, 20
Red chuttny or souce
Ingridents
6to 7 Red whole chillies( Kashmiri not spices)
3 to 4 red chilli powder ( as per spiceness)
5 to 7 garlic cloves finely chopped
1table spoon ginger chopped
1/2 table spoon cumins
Salt as per required
1/2. Cup water
First take mixer chuttny bowls. Add Kashmiri whole red chilli, add 3 to 4 tabel spoon red chilli powder, chopped garlic, chopped ginger , For the red sauce, in a bowl of a mixer, grind five to six whole red chillies or four teaspoons of red chilli powder, 5 to 7 cloves of garlic, half a teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of ginger and salt to taste, grindhalf tablespoon cumins 1/4. Cupe water. Griends. Now check red chuttny ready if you required water. Then add and again griend and red chuttny
Serve and enjoy dish
