Healthy Sweet corn Chaat/ jatapt break fast / heathy breakfast



Hi friends 

Good. Morning 
 Today we are special dish for kids and every one healthy jatpat break fast.  Sweet corn chaat masala.



ingridents 
1 cup boil sweet corn cernal
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped Tomato
1 /2 Table spoon lemon juice
1/4 tablespoon jeera masala
1/4 table spoon red chilli powder
1/2 table spoon chaat masala
1/4 cup coriender 
Salt as per requirement
1 or 2 tablespoons oil or butter


Recipes

First one cup  sweet corn  boil 

Take one pan start stove heat pan then add 2 tablespoon ghee or butter  now add 1cup sweet corn fry just 1 to 2 Minutes.
After cook sweet corn take one bowals put sweet corn add chopped onion,  add tomato,  add coriender mix well 

Now add salt as per tast, Red chilli powder as per taste, 2 table spoon lemon juice, 1/2 table spoon chaat masala.

Ready Sweet corn chaat very healthy teasty for kids. And very easy and fast.
