tum yum soup

A very tasty and refreshing soup, credited with a combination of chilies, green tea leaves and other ingredients, the soup has fresh juicy lamb and cauliflower cooked on a slow flame in an interesting stock that tastes very unique and extremely  Is seductive.  You will never be able to refuse this soup.


Ingridents

 5 cups clear vegetable stock
 1 green chilli, long chopped
 10 fresh lamb, sliced
 10 to 12 half-boiled cauliflower flowers
 1 tbsp thick chopped green tea leaves
 1 tsp lemon juice
 Salt, as per taste

Serve
 Green chili in Vinegar

 Recipes

 Cook the vegetable stock until it comes to a boil.

 Add green chillies, lamb, cauliflower, green tea leaves and salt and boil for 2 to 3 minutes.

 Add lemon juice to it.

 Serve hot with green chillies in Vinegar.
