Thai vegetable soup

Today Thai vegetables recipes good for health  try and comment me.




For Thai Vegetable Soup
 1 cup chopped onions
 2 cups chopped carrots
 4 black pepper
 2 green tea leaves
 salt to taste

 Other material
 2 tsp low-fat butter
 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions (white parts and leaves)
 1/2 cup sliced ​​and half boiled poles
 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
 1/2 cup finely chopped spinach
 1/2 cup sliced ​​and half boiled baby corn
 1 cup Bean Sprouts
 1/2 cup tofu or low-fat paneer pieces
 1 tsp vinegar
 1 tsp soy sauce
 salt to taste

 Method
 For Thai Vegetable Soup

 Mix all the ingredients well in a deep non-stick pan with 6 cups of water.

 Boil in between for about 20 minutes or until the taste is submerged in water.

 Sieve with a sieve and keep aside.


 Way forward

 Heat the butter in a deep non-stick pan, add garlic, green chillies and green onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.

 Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

 Add Thai vegetable stock, mix well and boil while stirring occasionally.

 Serve hot.
