dhokla recipes / Gujarati famous dhokla recipes

Hi friends 




Today's world famous and Gujaratis famous and every body's loving this dish is dhokla recipes  with chuttny 

You know I am guju I like always dhokla if you give me every day them also I am eating every day very easy process let's begin today

Ingredients

2 bowls Rice ( Jada rice or Tulsa rice)
1Bowl chanadal
1 bowl mogar Dal 
3 glass of water 
3 cup yogurt (Dahi)
2 to 3 tablespoon ginger garlic  green chilli paste

1/2small cup coriander chopped
Salt as per tast
1or 2 fruit soda (if required)



Recipes
First wash one water  2 bowls of rice, 1 bowl of chanadal (chickpeas)  and 1 bowl of Mugni Mogar dal  after take one big bowal put in 3 glass of water now add all 3 items washeed out and over night soak   with water.
(Approx 10 to 11 hours soak )

 Then the next morning, wash it again 3 times  All ingridents (Rice, chanadalvand  mooger Dal ) and grind a bowl of medium sour or late yoghurt in a mixer. Then take it out in a pan, cover it with a lid and keep it fermentation from 6 to 7 hours.



Now your better  it has fermented, add water as required not thick and no more liquid better dilute it, add ginger-chili-garlic paste, add green coriander and salt to taste. Well mix all  and  1or 2 tablespoon fruit soda  and mix it fast  now your dhokla fluffy. 



Now cooking process 

Take one big size pan 3to 4 glass of water boil pre heated 10 to 15  Mintues  now  take Thai or round Steel plate. Oil rub steel plate now our 1or 2tablespoon better. After that  Just look no Bublé s in better plate 
After pan is ready pre hitting then put better plate close d pan for 10to 12.  Mintues. Medium flam. After open. Pan and check with tooth pick dhokla is ready if not proper fluffy then closed pan for just two Mintues and after. Dhokla dish reday do not cute 
 Just put in tempering (tadka) take one pan hot 2 table spoon oil  add sesame seeds add 3 to 4 curry leaves  1/4 tablespoon jeera. Fry just one mintue  high flame. Now pour ready dhokla plate. Ready fluffy dhokla cutt triangle or dimonnd Shap and serve with chuttny with souce.


Extra tips

Now make a spinach paste add  this better , add a little mint in it, add a few sesame seeds, put oil in a plate, put the  better in it and boil it in the plate, then friends, your spinach dhokla is ready.
